Spam emails will be managed on 21 to 30 email addresses
The email and IP addresses sending out the spam messages to your email accounts will be added to your spam firewall's blacklist on a weekly basis
Furthermore, we go into your email accounts on a weekly basis, in order to establish which emails are spam and which are not. This allows us to delete the unnecessary emails, before they are downloaded to your inbox
Emails lying in your spam/junk mail folder will also be monitored on a weekly basis, in order to make sure that there aren't any loss of important emails
We need to host your emails, before we are able to attend to the spam email management, in order to make sure that our spam filters/applications are utilised
